Greek Feta Chicken Salad

Greek Feta Chicken Salad Recipe When I prepare Feta Chicken in my wok, I like to use a left over chicken breast to make a Greek salad a day or two later. It saves cooking time and preparation work of the chicken, and the left overs are always yummy good. I like to use artichokes and or green olives for my Greek salad recipes, and of course Girard's Greek Feta Vinaigrette dressing.
